Week 5 – Day 35

One week left to go…just one week! If you’re not already excited, you should be.

Think about how far you have come in just five short weeks. It may have seemed like a massive undertaking at the beginning, but now it seems like it was just yesterday that you started your quest for weight loss, improved health, and a better self-image.

As you turn into the final stretch, we want to make sure that you not only keep your focus on following the program, but also that you start thinking and developing your strategy for the future.

At the end of the program, there are two types of people: 1) the person who has met their ultimate goal weight, and 2) the person who has met an interim goal, but still has more weight to lose in order to reach their ultimate weight loss goal.

If you fall into the first category, please take the time to speak with your supervising doctor about the best approach to the “Maintenance Phase.” With the ChiroThin™ program, we have incredibly easy-to-follow Maintenance Phase guidelines that when followed, will allow you to maintain the fantastic results you’ve achieved. Also, please make sure that you ask your weight loss consultant about your exercise program, and if you need any suggestions.

If you fall into the second category, we encourage you to also speak with Dr. Rich or Tammy Gallagher. You should discuss the “Cycling Phase” guidelines, and when the they think you will be able to begin another round of ChiroThin™.

We are so proud of you and are so thankful that you have entrusted us to help you along your journey! Remeber your resolve when you first began the program. You knew you'd do great and follow all of the guidelines. Well now is not a time for anything other than that level of resolve.
