Week 5 – Day 34

I have to share with you my personal results in the past week. I was a little frustrated because I gained 5 pound of the two days of loading and it took me more than a week to get back to my starting weight.

I suspect that everyone's journey is different. I began this journey at 150.2 pounds and weighed in this morning at 137.4. Regardless of my beginning frustration, I have never taken off 13 pounds in 5 weeks. And realistically, because the first two days of this diet isn't a restrictive diet at all, this has been done in four and a half weeks.

What has amazed me the most is in the past 5 days I've lost 4 pounds, and I'm in week 5! This is going to be my best week ever. And if you're like me, I'm beginning to actually believe I will continue a lot of the habits that have been formed during these 6 weeks. I have made some unbelievably deliscious meals with hardly any calories, and even had some pretty good deserts too.

If you haven't started working on your mind by now, you should. It is the only thing preventing you from succeeding, or allowing you to succeed.
