Let’s think about your life as a garden…

You started a little over three weeks ago when you decided that you wanted or needed to pull the “weeds” from your garden. If you are unsure about what I’m referring to, I am talking about your old lifestyle—you know, the one that was damaging your health and increasing your weight.

Once you “pulled the weeds,” you prepped the ground and planted new seeds. In essence, you took the steps necessary to learn how and what to change about your dietary habits. Out with the old habits, and in with the new—weight loss and health-improving habits.

You have been cultivating these habits for 23 days, and now you are starting to see the plants coming out of the ground. You are seeing the weight loss, you have a better self-image, and you are feeling better than you have in a long time.

There’s less than three weeks to go until it’s “harvest time”! Think about how great it’s going to be. A new and healthier you, who is an inspiration to people around you.

Keep setting a great example and keep up the great work! Harvest season is just around the corner.
