We’ve all heard the saying, “You are what you eat” and it is absolutely 100% the truth.

We always make it a point to tell Ballantyne Weight Loss Center patients to think of your body as a computer…good data in— good data out.

One of the reasons that you are feeling healthier—beyond losing weight—is that with Ballantyne Weight Loss Center's program, you are eating the right blend and balance of low glycemic index and anti-inflammatory foods.

What does this mean? It means that your body will run, perform, and maintain itself at a higher level. As a result, you see and feel the difference.

You are too great of a person to be cheap, fast, fake, or easy!
