Week 3 – Day 21

Congrats, you are halfway there. That’s right…three weeks down and three weeks to go.

Stop and think about where you were just three weeks ago. Now think about where you are now. Coolio! Now think about where you will be in another three weeks. No, really. Close your eyes for 20 seconds and picture yourself three weeks from now.

Keep that image at the top of your mind for the next three weeks. Do not let it fade, get pushed back, or disappear.

Your subconscious doesn't know the difference between an image in your mind's eye and reality. By picturing yourself as you want to be, your subconscious will begin to influence your actions accordingly.

You got this…you can do anything for three weeks! Keep calm and carry on...
