Week 1 – Day 5

Have you hopped on the scale yet? If so, bet you were blown away.  You should be back to your pre-loading weight and many of you will be beyond that! The cleaner you eat prior to starting the program, the less weight you'd likely lose these two days, but regardless, I'm sure it's pretty impressive.

Most ChiroThin patients have a hard time believing the scale on this day! It will be your biggest losing day on the program. It's quite amazing.

I am now fully recovered from the loading days and feel pretty good. But ultimately, my weight is exactly what it was prior to the start of the program, so I'm looking forward to the balance of the week in hopes that this first week my weight will be lower than when I started the program.

Keep following the program guidelines and in the long run, you will continue to be amazed!
