pThis recipe gives you your protein and vegetable serving for the ChiroThin weight loss program, and results in a substantial portion.
- 1 lb lean chicken or turkey
- 1 lb cauliflower
- 1 can sugar free tomato sauce
- 2 cans sugar free diced tomatos
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of diced red onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 2-3 Pkts of Stevia
- Minced Garlic
Put cauliflower florettes in food processor and chop up to create a cauliflower rice consistancy.
If you weren't able to find sugar free tomato sauce, used a can of diced tomatos and blend until it has the consistancy of tomato sauce.
Chop up the chicken into either individual 4 oz pieces if possible, or simply cut it up into fajita sized slices.
Put all ingredients into a crock pot for 2 to 3 hours. I unfortunately have been making this for years and don't know the measurements of the spices, so you'll have to do that on your own according to your own taste.
This makes four servings for you to use throughout the week. Free portions for later and it still tastes delisch.
