Week 4 – Day 27

I'm so excited because today I weighed in under 140 pounds. I've only been below 140 a couple times in my adult life and it's amazing how great everything in my closet looks on me;) All kidding aside. I remember not too long ago having to try on several things before deciding what I was going to wear to a party because I felt everything made me look fat! I'm sure some of you can relate to what I'm saying.

Today, I played more tennis than I probably should, but did feel that I had the energy for it. I added protein to my meal in accordance with the guidelines. If you have to exercise, please talk to me or one of our weight loss consultants at Ballantyne Weight Loss Center for guidance.

Otherwise, I wanted to "thank you" today. Thank you for being an inspiration to the people around you. By now, others have noticed your weight loss. And your family and close friends are proud of you.

For those people who need to lose weight—you are inspiring them. You may not realize it, but think about it: In your pre-ChiroThin™ days, you’d see someone who was losing weight or making a lifestyle change and you’d think: “I should do that.” That’s inspiration—and believe it or not, you are helping them!

Day 27

By now, we are confident that you have had people talk to you about the changes they are noticing, and we know it feels GREAT! When someone talks to you, please tell them about Ballantyne Weight Loss Center at Gallagher Chiropracic and Wellness. It may just be what they need to hear, exactly when they need to hear it! And of course we appreciate the referral.

Your hard work and determination are paying off. You’re getting healthier, you’re losing weight and inches, and you’re feeling better about who you are. Keep those thoughts as you progress through the second half of your program!
