Week 4 – Day 26

"The most important words you'll ever hear, are the words you say to yourself!" This is one of my core beliefs, and it seems like the right time to share this thought with you.

Everything you think, your subconscious hears, and you can either feed it success messages or failure messages. When a negative thought about your body, health, progress, etc., enters your mind, you must get rid of it at all costs. The subconscious hears what you think and like a loyal soldier, begins to make it a habit.

Feed your subconscious positive empowering thoughts and you will be amazed at how you will accomplish so much more.

So get rid of the stinking thinking, and feed your subconscious success thoughts about your will power, health, body, and weight loss. For example, when you look in the mirror and think you're fat, change that thought and say to yourself, "I'm slimming down every day until I achieve my ideal body weight of 160 pounds", or whatever your weight loss goal.

If you have aches and pains that can be lessoned with reduced weight, and you feel that pain, remind yourself that pain is going away and lessoning as you lose the weight.

Your subconscious can work as a success mechanism or a failure mechanism depending upon how you think!
