As expected... my yesterday all protein day resulted in a 1.8 pound difference today! It did the trick and pushed me over the plateau into losing weight again. Yay!!!
So as you are getting ready to finish week 3, we want to you to think about the statement below:
The past three weeks are in the past—and they are exactly where you learned the lesson. Which lesson, you ask? The lesson about how to select foods that promote health and wellness vs. illness and disease, and foods that promote and stimulate weight loss vs. weight gain.
You have also learned that being determined, dedicated, and having a plan are critical.
The next three weeks are the future. It is where you will apply what you have already learned to take you to your ideal situation and to meet your goals.
Don’t give up! The next three weeks will blow you away as long as you stay focused!
