Week 3 – Day 19

Today is my all protein day to get me off of this weight loss plateau. Fortunately, I have not been very hungry on this program. Not any more hungry or actually a little less hungry than when I'm not on the program. So that certainly will make today much easier.

I looooooovvvvveeee shrimp too, so I chose a protein that I absolutely love. Same with seabass. Now be carefull with seabass, some have more fat than others so read the label.

I enjoyed my lunch better than if I had a vegetable and fruit!

I also want to give you a little heads-up.

Pretty soon, thanks to your weight loss success, you may get this crazy idea that it is a good idea to go out and celebrate your accomplishment.

Take my advice, and DON’T DO IT! Stay disciplined and focused. You can accomplish anything you set your mind to—and I don’t think you want to set your mind on not losing any more weight.

You only have 22 days left in the program. Twenty Two days of your life isn't that much time. Today, get throught the program as it's designed. And then tomorrow, you'll make the same decision, and soon enough you'll be done.
