Week 3 – Day 17

Hi, be honest with yourself, have you “cheated” yet? Did you “just take a small taste”? If the answer is “yes,” don’t feel bad. You are not alone.

Chances are that when you stepped on the scale the next day (don’t forget to log today’s weight ) and you saw that you didn’t lose any weight, you probably asked yourself: “Why did I do that?”

That’s a good question. The reason you asked yourself that, was that you had the immediate realization that your actions determine your outcome.
