So here's a few reminders of things to make sure you're doing:
- Artificial sweeteners, although they won't inhibit fat loss, it may inhibit toxin loss, which adds to your weight as well. It's simply not clean eating, and if you're going to be restricted for 6 weeks, you should lose toxic waste too, and stick with Stevia, a natural no calorie sweetener if you want to eat clean.
- Tomatos are only a partially free food, so limit your tomato intake. If you decide you want tomatoe soup for example, count ounces as half the actual ounces as your vegetable.
- Because you don't have immediately accessible energy sources, exercise could be a risk and bring on rapid onset fatigue. If you do decide to exercise at your own risk, eat an additional 1/2 oz of protein during your meal prior to cardio exercise for every 100 calories you expect to burn, or an additional 3/4 oz of protein the meal after weight lifting which should occur within 45 minutes.
- No snacking. You're better off having extra free food during your meals to get more full, than snack.
- You need 4 oz protein, 4 oz of vegetables and 4 oz of fruit each meal. Don't miss the fruit and expect you can make it up later. And if you miss fruit or any other of the three within a meal, your results won't be as good as sticking to the plan.
