Plan Your Meals for Weight Loss

Week #2 of your ChiroThin™ program at Ballantyne Weight Loss at Gallagher Chiropractic and Wellness is officially underway!

Remember to weight yourself daily! I bet in the first week you lost about 5 pounds or more including the weight gained during the loading phase. The most amount of weight one of our patients has lost in the first week has been 10.5 pounds! That's kind of crazy when you think that you've only actually been dieting for 4 to 5 days. Congrats to Matthew for his great success so far.

Another crazy change has been a BMI that dropped from 36.1 to 28.7 in just one week! I've also seen a metabolic age drop by 21 years. Keep in mind that the first two days of the week you eat like a pig, so the next 4 to 5 days the weight loss is unbelievable!

Remember, if you don’t have a plan for what you are going to do and how you are going to do it, someone else’s plan can easily become yours. The challenge is that oftentimes, their plan is not congruent with your goals and aspirations. This means that the chance of experiencing a setback goes up.

Don’t let someone else’s ideas interfere with your goals, your health, and your life. They are too important!! You are too important!!
