Wow… bet the last thing that you want today is another day of loading, but it is exactly what you need to do. For some the most difficult two days of the diet are the first two days. Remember how full you were when you're tempted over the next 6 weeks.
After having had over 90,000 people in North America undergo the ChiroThin program, we know that when a ChiroThin patient does not load right, they will not lose as much weight. Stick with eating as much as you comfortably can with a goal of 4,000 calories for women and 5,000 calories for men.
Check out our Chocolate Avocado Pudding recipe for today. It gives you a good amount of calories as well as good fat to help top off your last day of loading.
Me personally, I'm so fatigued because of being so full and having the body spend all of its energy in digesting, that some how I have to find the energy to go shopping and the prepare my meals for the first week.
I had to take a break from eating so I could muster up the energy to get to Whole Foods, and then I'll have to spend some time at least preparing for Day 3. I can't wait to stop eating! I suggest that you remember how you feel at this moment whenever you get tempted to eat more than you should during the losing phase.
Because of my Crohn's disease, I have a very restrictive diet and can only eat seafood and chicken. Egg whites are also something I can add. Although you won't find this on the approved protein list, it is something you can use instead of your protein on occasion. However, no yolks.
I have a couple recipes of dishes I like that I'll be making, in addition to the shrimp ceviche noted in the recipe book given to you during your intial consultation. So my plan is to make enough entrees to make it Monday through Friday and I'll freeze what I need to in order to make the planning for the balance of the week a bit easier.
I really hope I don't ever have to eat this much again in my entire life!
