- 8 oz Shrimp
- 8 oz Hadock or Cod or any White Fish
- 1 pound Cauliflower
- 1 cup ground Mushrooms
- 1 cup diced Red Onion
- 1 cup diced Bell Peppers
- 1/2 cup diced Green Onion
- Cayenne Pepper
- Thyme
- Sea or Himalayan Salt
- Minced Garlic
- Oregano
- Paprika
- 2 Packets of Stevia
Cauliflower should be chopped into a rice consistancy.
Put all ingredients in a crock pot until the onion and peppers are fully cooked, usually a couple hours.
