Jambalya

  • 8 oz Shrimp
  • 8 oz Hadock or Cod or any White Fish
  • 1 pound Cauliflower
  • 1 cup ground Mushrooms
  • 1 cup diced Red Onion
  • 1 cup diced Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced Green Onion
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Sea or Himalayan Salt
  • Minced Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • 2 Packets of Stevia

Cauliflower should be chopped into a rice consistancy.

Put all ingredients in a crock pot until the onion and peppers are fully cooked, usually a couple hours.

Four delicious servings!
