Week 1 – Day 7

Since most ChiroThin™ patients load on a weekend, there is a good chance that you are reading this on the weekend! My hint for today is: "PLAN YOUR FOOD DAY!"

If you are hanging out at home, it's no problem. However, if you have plans to go somewhere, like out to dinner or to a get-together, it is important that you make a plan and stick to it. Don't let a lack of prior planning set you back!

Also, have you planned your food for your work week? Chances are you should be preparing your lunch for next week. It's a good idea to make food in servings of four or five and freeze it so you can use it for your lunch throughout the week.

Don't forget to log your weight as of this morning.
