Week 1 – Day 4

Here you are… four days into transforming your health, and your life—by getting your weight under control. You should be proud of yourself, as there is nothing more precious than your health. Most people don't realize that until they lose the weight - and the fact is that being overweight or obese is related to nearly 85% of diseases, and nearly 75 cents of every dollar spent on health care goes toward health conditions that are a result of being overweight or obese.

If you're anything like me, you are beginning to feel recovered from the Loading Phase and feeling a bit more like yourself. Still don't have the appetite I typically do by lunch time, which I think is probably a good thing because it means that some of the amazing things that the body is doing is heading in the right direction.

I gained 5.4 pounds on the 2 days of loading, and today lost 2.3 of it. So I'm still up 3.1 pounds. That's okay, because tomorrow is a going to be a pretty impressive weight loss day too.

So far, the first two days of the losing phase have been simple. No appetite, and candidly, still just a little fatigued from the loading days but by evening time, all the fatigue is gone, and I actually got a little sweet craving, which isn't like me. I assume this had something to do with me forgetting to take my ChiroThin Supplement drops on time.

I had some tea with Stevia to satisfy the taste for something sweet, and that seemed to do the trick. Try Carmel Vanilla Tazo Tea with one packet of Stevia. Yummy.

Remember you are taking 5 drops, three times a day, 7 hours apart from here on out.

And if you insist on exercising at your own risk, for every 100 calories burned exercising add 1/2 to 3/4 oz protein, preferable prior to the exercise if cardio. After exercise if you are breaking down muscle.

The concern with exercising is your body doesn't have extra calories to expend on exercise and this could result in light headedness, and even losing consciousness. At a minimum you'll be burning muscle for the extra energy. So refrain from exercising if at all possible.

Don't forget to log your weight as of this morning and every morning and 5 drops every 7 hours.  If you're taking AGGR, it's okay to take them between meals, or up to 20 minutes prior to your meal.
